Now that it has FINALLY warmed up here in Portland, I have discovered my new favorite drink. The cold-pressed coffee toddy from Heart Coffee Roasters in Portland is an awesome coffee drink served over ice. I put in just a dash of cream, mainly because it makes these cool psychedelic swirly patterns!
